I have created a running website named www.askrunguy.com based on having run over 100 half marathons, including all fifty US states and several other countries; and several full marathons, with a goal of running all six World Major marathons. Below is a template for comments for my rating each race:

Race: Maui half marathon 2014 Maui, HI
Race Type / Terrain (road, trail): paved roads around parks and by ocean in Maui
Organization (Expo, volunteers, start / finish): Excellent! Great expo and great on course volunteers
Support (fans, music on course): Almost nobody on course. Early in day to avoid the heat
Course Scenery: Outstanding scenery – including parks and ocean views, palm trees, etc
Course Difficulty: Just a bit challenging due to heat and humidity.
Weather / Temperature: Early in the day but was still quite warm and humid
Course location recreation (sights, things to do): Many great, fun, beautiful things to see and do in Maui
Logistics (Getting to the race site): via airports to Maui
Swag (medal, t-shirt, other items for finishers): Nice medals for multiple races, nice t-shirts.
Food and drink (on course and after finish): Sufficient. Nice water stops supported by charity groups

I provide running and racing resources for all levels of runners at www.askrunguy.com. I also share information that I believe is interesting and helpful to the running community. I encourage you to visit www.askrunguy.com
