It as a fun quick 5k during my pace weeks before my half marathon two weeks later. It was a bit chilly but when you run you get warmed up quickly.
It was a small turnout it seemed, not as many participants as I have seen with other races. No water stations for the 5k, not sure about the half marathon but that is alright for 3 miles. Received water and snacks at the finish line.
The race was held in a city park on the cement trails. I ran their half marathon earlier in the year by the same company and am happy with the management of their events.

It was a perfect day weather wise to host a half marathon, especially for a day in October.
This was my second half marathon this year, the route was a mixture of a city park, neighborhood, street and school zone which was nice as it was a regular route I used to run on.
The swag was really neat, the hot apple cider at the finish line was amazing as it was a bit chilly when you weren't running. The app they had us download was okay, but it would be better to just use a chip timer in my opinion. Overall I really enjoyed this race and plan to do it again.

It was a great day with a great work team! I ran the first leg and rocked it!
One thing that would have been better was the race packet explaining the process of the costume contest in detail as our team did not know we had to take the picture right at the start line as there were no signs or communication regarding it.
The day was really fun and got some goodies along the way.

Great time for the 10k today. The race was held at Zorinsky park, meaning regular patrons were also in the trail. No big deal, just had to be aware of where your going.
The only thing I would of changed was the rolling start. Everyone started at the same time anyway, it would have been better with a staggered start to space people out
Swag is super cute, love the donut medal! If I known about the race earlier I would have trained for the half! Donuts were very tasty too.

It was amazing for my first half marathon! It gave me the running bug!
Although I did end up walking the second half some of the time, it was a great day and I met many people! It sparked my love for running to accomplish my second half marathon in October the same year.
A new tradition for me!
