The Run (317) team did an excellent job putting together this race during these crazy times. All race packets had to be picked up prior to the race. You were also asked to submit an estimated finish time prior to the race in order to be grouped accordingly. Masks were required while waiting in the starting corral and after you crossed the finish line. They did a great job spacing out the participants at the start. The route brought you from Fountain Square across the bridge over 65 through the southeast corner of downtown Indianapolis and then back through downtown Fountain Square. There was a well staffed aid station with mini water bottles at the halfway point.

This year the race started and finished in Military Park, downtown Indianapolis, instead of in Carmel. This was my first race put on by 13.1 Event Productions. They did an excellent job all around, from the pre-race set up to the post-race celebration. The route was mostly along the White River and also took us past the Indianapolis Zoo, IUPUI's Carrol Stadium, and down to the Canal Walk. There was a water station set up just after the half way point. I would definitely recommend this race for runners of all abilities.
