Good course for beginner. Not many inclines, easy to pace yourself. Nice quality shirts. Gold medal in my age group

A great 5K through Furman campus, lots of rolling hills and early enough to not be too hot. 24:53 time, No medal as they only gave one medal for 3 large age groups. This was my fastest 5K in over four plus years of racing. It is well setup and the scenery makes it fly by.

A race through the surrounding areas of the local airport. It's an evening race but before the sunsets so it is really hot. Hosted by nice people and there are good sponsors.

No medals given, so I did this one to beat the time I got in it last year. I was able to run this 2 minutes faster since last year and this year there was a lot more paint involved. It starts in the park and then winds through the woods on the walking paths and the sidewalks. It is congested in the beginning so it's best to stay in the front if you are a runner.

I've being doing this race for the past 5 years. I love this race, it was the first 5K I ever did. It has a few longer rolling hills and it gets hot during the end. I've placed in this one the past 3 times. It's a great race for beginners.
