I really can not say enough positive about the Detroit Free Press Marathon. The expo was well organized and filled with great vendors! The swag was a tech long-sleeve shirt and a hefty, well-designed medal! Parking for the expo was close and convenient.

Parking on race day was free and just a short 3/4 of a mile away from the starting line! On race morning we were able to stay warm while in Huntington Place and use actual, real bathrooms!

During the race, there was no need to carry hydration since aid stations were frequent and well-stocked! The views during the race were incredible! I took so many pictures! Entering Canada by foot felt like a once-in-a-lifetime event (unless I do this race again)!

The volunteers and spectators on race day were amazing! So many wonderful people supporting the runners with joy and enthusiasm!

I had the pleasure of pacing the Detroit Free Press Marathon with OnPace and hope to be back to Detroit again next year! For my first time visiting Detroit, I had the best experience!
