I loved this 15k. Rolling hills on a brisk out-and-back course. Here's my recap: http://rulesforrunning.com/2014/03/18/race-recap-heart-mini-marathon/

I ran this the first year they brought Rock n Roll to St. Louis, and it was a great way to tour the city. The beautiful neighborhoods with a nice crowd was a pleasant way to spend the day. Here's the full recap:

It’s a nice little four-mile course through the hills (read: you can gut your way through it if you haven’t done much training). The best part? You can run with dogs and strollers, so it makes life a little easier for those of us in the family way. Here's my full review: http://rulesforrunning.com/2011/06/30/blasted/
