My first half marathon was definitely one I won’t forget.
I didn’t prepare as much as I’d like. I didn’t attend the convention but the day of the organization was great.
The race overall ran through a lot of the well known neighborhoods of Austin and along the lake. One brutal hill at the end made it painful but finishing in front of the Capitol was memorable.
