This is the City of Midlands annual funraiser for their scholarship fund and this year doubled as USA FIT MIDLANDS end of season race. There was a very small turnout but everyone was energetic and ready to run. A handful followed the then and dressed up in 80's costumes. This was a timed chipped event if you purchased that option. The race shirts were nice and bright. The top three overall winners received trophies and Road ID gift cards. The volunteers and Midland PD were at all turns (the course was open to traffic). Their was one aid station (10k two loops) at the end of the race they provided water and fruit. I had a good time at this event

This was a very well put together event, form the race director, packet pick up, volunteers, Midland PD and ROTC. The course for a rural area was very nice. All turns were clearly marked and had volunteers stationed. The T-shirts, 1/2 Finshers medals were awesome. The age category trophies were very unique. This was a group of 600+ Runners which made it a smaller event then I'm used to but again it was very well done, looking forward to next year

Great Saturday Morning Race, small group of great people participating, awesome swag for a very low entry fee!!! Race Director, Midalnd PD and all volunteers did excellent job. Sponsors were awesome shout out to ipico sports for the bibs and timing chips and to Rodgers Ford Lincoln for supplying the shirts

This was a great venue and thanks to the awesome pacers of the Arizona Roadunners I ran my first sub 2:00:00 half, the bands and crowd were very supportive and cheerd us on. The aid stations and volunteers rocked, I found a new product called Glukos that I plan on testing and hopefully using at my next half marathon. I would recommend this event to anyone even if you have to travel in for it like I did
