Pros:
- scenic course
- great crowds
- cool post race swag
- i heard that other years it was cold, if that were the case this would be a nice PR course

Cons:
- packet pickup was a mess
- too many people taking selfies right at the start and after you cross the start
- could be hot and humid, which it was this year
- did not like finishing with the half marathoners for the last 4k, it threw off my pace and they were in front of all the marathons for the last 2k
- NEED MORE PORT-A-POTIES, MORE!

I've run 54 marathons and this is by fair my favorite one, EVER. The course was definitely difficult, but you couldn't ask for better scenery. If you have a bucket list race, make sure this is number one on your list. There's nothing more I could say other than everything it took to get here was worth it 1000x over.

Pros:

- great course to PR
- Candians are the friendliest people in the world
- post race Beaver Tails (Google it)

Cons:
- the plastic cups were hard to drink from, use paper cups instead
- pacers were not available for my pace group even though there was supposed to be one
- should've been better post race festivities
- NEED MORE PORT-A-POTIES, MORE!

Pros:

- scenic course after the 10K mark
- great crowds and support
- friendly and helpful volunteers
- the finish line stretch is pretty amazing, i've gotten emotional every time i run down Boylston!
- need more porta-poties at the start

Cons:
- packet pickup is a shit show
- you have to walk at least 1200m just to exit the finishers area, there should be an easier way
- Boston hotels are real f***ing dicks and really stick it to the runners when it comes to prices

Pros:

- the finish line is the greatest one i've ever experienced, EVER
- i've never experienced a more organized race, everyone around the world take note: the Brits have their shit together when it comes to race organization
- the pre-start 'Number 1 and Number 2' facilities were great, going 'Number 2' was quick, but going 'Number 1' was even quicker, bravo London!

Cons:
- everything was out of plastic bottles, the energy drink came in a 20oz bottle, not very green London!
- should've been better post race festivities
