This is a very popular event, in it's 34th year. If you plan on running this race, sign up before April, because it fills up quickly.
Very good volunteer support, there was 1 volunteer for every 3 runners, and it was noticeable!
This event is known for it's overall downhill elevation, popular for not only first timers, but runners who want to qualify for Boston.
Lots of crowd support along the course, and they call out your name (It is on your bib) and cheer you on.
Very nice finish area, the announcer says your name as you cross the finish line, and you are on a big screen tv also.
There is a tent where you can get a print out of your finish time and place right away, and nice food and drink to refresh, and plenty of chairs (needed one).
Last but not least a very nice finisher medal!
