This race is a lot of fun. It allows you to run through the city of Chicago, and enjoy the scenery downtown! I love the course, as it is quite difficult with different elevations. It ends with an uphill run to finish out, which is fun and challenging. It is a race i would recommend to most runners, as you do not have to be an elite runner for the Shamrock Shuffle. I have done it for the past two years, and will definitely run again this year. The only downfall is that it can still be pretty cold in Chicago this time of year, so bundle up!
