This was my first 50 miler and ended up being one of the best races I've ever run. SWAG was a handheld water bottle and pair of SmartWool PhD socks - combined value of probably $50! The course was hilly but very manageable, on-course support was amazing and very well-stocked, and the scenery was great.
They also had a great post-race event set up, with lots of vendors, free food, and beer! I highly recommend this for beginner Ultra runners and experienced trail folks alike.
