Jennifer 's thoughts:

Tshirt/SWAG:
This year tshirts were bright lime green. Each race distance (26.2/13.1/5k/relay) received finisher medals and a hog nose at the end. The bags came from a sports store but the contents were not too impressive, CLIFF Bar and laundry soap samples with flyers for local businesses.

Course Scenery:
Always something to look at. The route started down town going through a couple neighborhoods, past the UofA Stadium with the majority on paved two lane trails.

Expo Quality:
If you are looking to buy any running related items, they didn't have anything. Sold previous year shirts.

Elevation Difficulty:
There are a few hills at the beginning of the route. At the end of the 13.1 is another steep incline. Otherwise it is rather flat course.

Race management:
The race was very well managed and ran smoothly. Every 1.5 miles there were water points and port-a-potties along the route.
