It’s March in Oklahoma- so you get strong winds, sun, cool, and the potential for rain that pops up out of nowhere. As a native Okie, none of it surprises me! The race wound down the bike/run path along the west side of the Arkansas river. It’s a gorgeous out and back, but sometimes there are industrial smells... and also some hills. Well done to make the majority of the uphills in the out and the downhill in the back. You get to start and finish running thru the beautiful Art Deco of downtown Tulsa.
