I signed up to run the Gasparilla Mich Ultra Challenge (15K and 5K on Saturday and the half and 8K on Sunday). The races were awesome!! Runners received a tech tee and medal for each race and I received a jacket and special medal for completing the Mich Ultra Challenge. The expo was one of the biggest I've been to and was well organized and had plenty of vendors. I do with that they had specific gear with the Gasparilla logo on it for purchase. The selection was limited to Under Armour tanks and hats only. They are missing a huge opportunity for runners to purchase additional gear.
All the races were well organized and run perfectly. I enjoyed the course even after having running variations of the same thing for all 4 races. The half course was my favorite because we crossed over to a new area during the race vs sticking to the same out and back for the 5K, 15K, and 8K. I would definitely considering running this race again in the future!
