The race was extremely well run with aid stations/water stops at every mile and bikers on the course handing out water bottles. The aid stations included bananas, pretzels and gels (again at every mile!). The course was OK for scenery. Some parts along the road with traffic were annoying but the race finished with the last mile or two running with a clear view of the ocean - so I cannot complain. The t-shirts we cotton and slightly undersize and the finisher medals were just OK. I would say if you are looking for a well run race with a good view off the ocean to kick off your morning this would be a good race. I would not do this race for the swag (small race/low entry fee).
