This year was the 3rd year of this race and I've done it every year. The race starts at the Palm Coast town center and finishes at the Flagler Oceanfront Winery. The course is 50 miles but there's solo options up to 6 people on a team. There's 12 legs to the relay that you can break down however you want.

Registration: Easy online registration. About $300 if you sign up early.

Expo: Packet/shirt pickup the AM of the race. You had to go to the safety briefing before they would give packets. This year they gave teams sunscreen, chapstick, and other little goodies.

Photos: We mostly took our own but there was a photographer or 2 with free photos.

Course: Paved trails, technical trails, and everything in between depending on the leg you ran.

Aid stations: No official aid stations.

Medal/swag: Loved the medal! The shirt was a really cute technical tee.

Food: Free Olive Garden at the end! Although they ran out of breadsticks early which was a major bummer.

Parking: Plenty of parking next door to the start line.

I can't wait for next year's race. If you're in FL I highly suggest getting friends together and making a team. It's like a mini-Ragnar.
