Mount Dora is a gorgeous little town- strongly recommend going in a day or two early and making a weekend out of it. The "expo" if you want to call it that, is a few little booths at packet pickup - but you do get an opportunity to meet Bill Rodgers! You can get in and out of packet pickup in about 10 minutes flat or less if you don't stay to meet Bill. ;) Parking in town is pretty easy, especially if you're there early. On race day, especially, it's good to get in and get parked (on any of the many side streets around) by about 6AM - the race starts at 7AM. The course has some very tough hills, but it's gorgeous and the scenery makes up for it, as do the downhills that go along with the uphills. Good course support and friendly people out watching from their houses are also nice features. Best part of all is the awesome downhill finish! Not much of a finish line party to speak of, but free photos are a great perk!
