A fun day for the entire family. This race goes to support the local Postpartum chapter. You get a really nice shirt and bag as your swag. On race day there is so much fun stuff for the kids. This passed year it really out did itself. There were 2 jump castles, face painting, fear no easel was there with paintings for the kids to do for their moms, tons of vendors, a photo booth, post race food and water as well. The awards are for overall male/female top 3 as well as top 3 in each age group. The medals are very pretty. This race also gives awards for the largest groups to participate. If you get more than 20 people to join your team, you receive a $5 discount off of each registration.

The course starts at Blackbaud on Daniel Island as well as finishes there. The course takes you down a main road and through a few large parking lots due to restrictions this year with going through neighborhoods. The only downside was running through the parking lots. The race tried to make up for this by including a DJ in one of the parking lots.

My kids always have so much fun coming to this race and cheering me on. It is a very fun race and for a very good cause.
