This race is a local favorite-it kicks off a series of races (5K, 10K, 15K) that leads up to the KDF Mini & Marathon and the spring running season in Kentucky! I ran this race with a group of my friends. We had a blast.
The expo was super quick and easy. The volunteers were great!
The corrals were marked off well. The race course goes through downtown so you get to see a lot of the touristy things as you zoom through. Also, we love the FREE race photos and the wonderful snacks and photo ops at the finish. Also, the swag is of great quality. This is a very family-friendly race; lots of kids, first-timers, families and fast runners there. It's a great mix and great atmosphere.
