Colorado Runner put on a great race from start to finish. It began with the pre race email giving very detailed instructions about parking, packet pickup, mask requirements, and race start times.
They had plenty of space and signage to indicate social distancing.

The race began with staggered starts with 25 people per wave. It was easy to keep your distance and masks were required until you began running, and when you finished they asked you to put them back on. At the finish they had tables with tons of pre packaged cookies and medals. It was great that they had it that way for non contact. The cookie choices were amazing.

Lets talk about the swag. The shirt was awesome. True to size and awesome technical material. The medal was super cute too. The tshirt alone was worth the very reasonable race entry price.

Colorado Runner has always been a great race company. Their ability to pivot during these times and put on a very well organized race was great. I've run this race several years in a row and it never disappoints.
