TJ 's thoughts:

Second time doing this race. It is well run. If you are looking for a small race to try or love to wear your Halloween costume on several occasions, this race is one to do.

Tshirts: The design is a cool Halloween theme each year. They have male and female sizes. The medal is a cool pumpkin head guy. The 5K medal is smaller than the Half but they are the same design.

Aid Station: There was water on the course with volunteers.

Course Scenery: It went through the Old Fourth Ward this year. Past King's birth house and through the neighborhood.

Elevation: It was a typical 5K in Atlanta with some hills but not too difficult if you run in Atlanta (or a place with some hills).

Parking: It took some planning to park without having to pay but it is doable. I ended up parking about .8 of a mile away but was ok with it because I warmed up along the way.

Race Management: It started on time. I didn't have any issue with same day race number pick up.
