This race honors the New York Road Running legend and founder Mr. Ted Corbitt. For my second time running this event this was a true treat for first timers as they included a medal after you completing the race. During the race you find facts about Mr Corbitt as you approach different mile markers. Runners this year received a finisher shirt and medal.

Great great race with an amazing scenic route. Will gladly do this race again. The people, aid stations and course was the perfect running experience for anyone from beginner to experienced. Flat with a few minor surprise incline but overall the flattest course I’ve run. Grab your friends and take your runs internationally

If you’re looking for a great marathon with fans or crowds cheering you on from beginning to the end, then this is your race. Amazing atmosphere, great course with some rolling hills. The only issue that I had was the weather as it is unpredictable,l. 2021 was hot and humid which caused the race to be more challenging then expected. Surprisingly the runners in 2022 had great weather. I definitely love this marathon.
