Everybody dresses up as a superhero and if you don’t have a costume, that’s okay because their race shirt is your costume! It’s a pretty cool shirt! I also liked how you could pick your superhero (Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman) and whomever you picked, that would be the shirt and medal you received. The announcer was also great. She really got the crowd going. They also gave us these cool portable water cups. The only small thing is it was not timed. I didn’t realize it wasn’t timed until I got there so I was a little bummed since I was trying to do speed work but it really isn’t that big of a deal. Overall, it’s an awesome fast race! And it’s also a family friendly race!

It was a pretty awesome race! Love the location, at the Star, great vibe, lots of restaurants around! Definitely pick up your bib during the Cowboys draft day celebration (which was Thursday this year). Lots of family activities, music, etc at that time so that was pretty cool! Race was nice! The smallest tiniest thing was that it starts at 9am and this year, summer heat just happen to start that day. Other than that, it was a cool race and the t-shirt is the super soft material! Would do it again!
