The management of the event was poor. Bib pickup was disastrous and people were still in line at the race start. I took second in age group - received a certificate - and cannot use it given TriMom is not a place I would spend a dime nor a minute with. No race medal. Promised it in several emails after the fact - never came. No gel support despite the assurances. Stations were barely set up as the runners came through. It's too bad. Nice to have an early marathon in New England. Nice course. Nice vibe with the runners. Horrible, terrible, dysfunctional TriMom Productions.
