I’ve tried to beat my own time each year in the Tulsa Run but this year a group of friends and I decided to take a tour of Tulsa, and I’m so glad we did! We enjoyed stopping at the local breweries, visiting with homeowners along the course, and really taking the time to see the parts of Tulsa we don’t usually see. The course change this year was great and I hope they stay with it! We were supported throughout the race with fellow runners, enthusiastic aid stations, and local police and first responders. It was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone from a walker to a sprinter. You won’t regret it!
