The Expo: this was a lot different than a typical running Expo. It was hosted by the Blackfoot indians. There weren't many vendors but they did have Goodr sunglasses and other race apparel.

The day of: the day started very early, I was up around 3 a. M. To get to the shuttles. They were very efficient with the amount of shuttles they had to bring everybody to the race start. Family members were not allowed to the start line and they could only stay near the finish line. This was definitely not a spectator friendly race along the course but at the finish it was wonderful.

The course: the first 5 and a half to 6 miles we're all uphill. This was definitely a very challenging start to the course especially with the elevation change. but once you get to the top The View was something you have never seen before! Beautiful views of the Montana moutains and lakes. The View will be ingrained in my memory and I think everybody should do this race because of the view especially.

Post race: there was a nice little post-race snack that was given out and a hotel that had some coffee right nearby. There was no post party or anything like that but it was a nice town that we ended in.

The Boston Marathon creates challanges, like heart break hill, but once you come around the corner and see the finish line in sight, you will then believe you can do anything
