I love this race! My third time running. Very fast course - this is a great race to try and run a big PR if you’re trained for it. I was not, so I just enjoyed the party. Love the finish at the beach, and the fact that the beer tent had mimosas! Great medal, great course, great event. Hope to be back to try and PR next year

I love this race! I’ve run it four times - half twice, 7 miler twice.
Pros: so much great swag. Amazing after party. Scenic course with good aid stations. Challenging hills. Easy parking. Good crowd support especially towards the finish. You get to run through a barn!
Cons: only one I can think of it’s not great for a PR attempt and it could be hot

This is a great training race to cap off fall marathon training! It’s a challenging course so I wouldn’t use as a PR attempt. Beautiful fall foliage, well run, local race.
Cons: expensive, medal could be more creative.
Pros: easy to drive to. Starts and ends indoors in a school. Gorgeous scenery. Challenging course. Great raffle at end.

I love this local race! Yes it’s hot and hilly, but it’s a great way to kick off marathon training. Crowd support is always amazing. Cons: The medal could be bigger, and the shirts don’t fit me amazing. Price is high. Pros: easy bib pickup, easy parking when you take shuttle. Great crowd support. Course that keeps you on your toes with Hill and very scenic. Great beach party at the end.
