What can you say about the NYC marathon. It's iconic, it's a bucket list race for many...it just NYC in all of its glory. I've run this a couple times now (and am about to lace up in a couple days for 2017) and it still gives me the feels. The organization and the vibe of the race is above and beyond (where else do you get spirited high fives and chest bumps from New York's finest). The crowd is other worldly. 2016 was a beautiful day and the crowds were out in droves. If at any point you need a lift to you stride someone is there yelling you that motivation (if you have your name on the front of your race shirt people will be calling your name in support).
