I really enjoyed this race. I'm from Colorado and happened to be in San Francisco for this race so I did it. It is an out and back starting outside AT&T Park and finishing inside it. Loved having a marching band and cheerleaders rooting along the way and running along the Warf and under the Bay Bridge. I was in the top 7, and one issue was from about mile 4-5 where you are running back to the Stadium. You are running against everyone like a fish going up stream. I feel like I added 1/4 mile to my race by dodging everyone and hopping on/off the sidewalk. However, there were many runners coming at you cheering you on and that was awesome. Last two miles were hard for me, I think I pushed it little too much going out, but once you get close to the field the energy comes back. It is a fast course and I pr'd. And I wasn't a Giants fan going into this, but it's really hard to walk away from this race and not be one. Would love to come back and do it again.
