This race allows you to run both the 10k and the 5k. The 10k starts at 7 am and 5k starts at 8:30am.

The Tshirts are cotton but awesome.

Aid Station offered about every 2 miles they knew the time offered what the could.

Course Scenery is all road with an added view of snow covered rolling hills (March in Middle Tennessee)

This small race of may be 200 runners total (snow kept them away) is a little small for an expo but did offer wonderful staging area at Grace Community Church with flushing toilets and plenty of stalls and plenty of food items at the finish.

Elevation is all rolling hills nothing major.

Parking was easy again Grace Community Church plenty of parking.

Race Management keeps getting better and better.

One of the best managed race in the area, she keeps getting better.

1st this races needs to find someone willing to Facebook with potential runners, they failed. I answered all questions and even help a person pick a hotel close to start. I even emailed them about problems runners were having. I received nothing back. Closer to the race I started suggesting other local races.

The shirts & medals were near duplicates as 2015 which I called them out on when I realized they had no date or year on the medal in 2015. They also sold 2015 tee for $1 at the expo.

Expo needs work.

Race boast to have a wonderful after party. And a 4 hour course time limit. They ran out of chocolate milk at the finish line. Also said course was "closed" from past races you cannot prevent a person from leaving their house to get bread on a Saturday Morning. I was nearly hit by a car and can pick that driver out of a line up.

Race cleaned up Aide Station at the 3 hour mark not everyone was past it, they took the trash and they didn't want me to toss my cup on the ground.

There is also a case of the not present runner, a bib mule was used to carry missing runners bib from the start to the finish because they're not present in the finish line video and I follow 2 young kids and 1 parent between miles 4-8.

Both Tennessee and Kentucky both have much better Half Marathons this weekend that are safer for runners, with a better medal, and shirt.
