Upon reviewing my charges over the phone with this company after sending 3 emails. I discovered that I didn't 4 bibs but instead 3 which was my mistake. Also realized they charged me a total of $23.00 in credit card charges (rounding down) which is equivalent to 14% of my bill. That seems pretty steep since the credit card companies usually charge 2 or 3%. I told them no problem I would make sure I shared this information. Their response was to send me a copy of my charges. I told him thanks but the guy already explained to me that information on the phone.
