This was my first 1/2 marathon and from beginning (registration) to the end (finish line and food) my experience was excellent. I registered really early so I didn't think about booking a hotel until later in the year and was pleasantly surprised when I received the reminder email along with a list of local hotels with the special race rate.
The event web site guided me thru all my questions and I especially loved the follow up information after the race.
