I have competed in every Sarah Strong 5k and it remains one of my favorite races--it is an annual tradition.

As runners, sometimes we lose sight of the reasons certain races are created. The mission which underpins this race vitally important and your participation impacts people while bringing attention to a disease we must conquer.

The tweak in the course this year was a great improvement to an already near-perfect event. The kids run is the best race of this type which I have seen.

There are simply no down-sides to this event. If you live in Michiana, you must try this race.
