I actually wouldn't recommend this race based off of my 2015 experience (2014 was much better).
This year they had far less volunteers so the race management did not go well. They didn't even have enough EMTs so they had to fly more in mid-race. The need for more EMTs happened because they changed the course this year; the RAGNAR hill is now a 10mile long trek straight up a mountain. It was so hot and so difficult this year, that people were dropping like flies.
On top of the poor race management, RAGNAR failed at the swag; their shirts this year were cotton, not even a technical tee, and they were giving away far less items at the mid-course expo.
I was sad that the Wasatch Back RAGNAR struggled so much this year; it unfortunately has made me decide to not do it again, but rather, find one in a different state to try next year.

This was my first full marathon ever, and my one suggestion is to NOT do this race as your first full marathon haha. It has a lot of unexpected hills and was surprisingly hot.
I would suggest a less hilly route, and perhaps one that isn't all on the road.
It is however, well put together, the experience was fun, and the people were all very nice.
