It was pretty darn cold waiting around to get started. Thankfully, the ArtsQuest building was open and serving coffee and other snacks. The pace groups that we were released in were good ideas, but I don't think that a lot of people knew what was going on with them or what to expect. There were plenty of people who were running a 10/11mm up with the 7/9 grouping. Made for a lot of obstacles. Once everything thinned out, the course was fun and not boring at all. Good times afterwards in the festival area. The finishers mug is great. Not often you get something this neat for a 5k. Good times!
