The Flying Pig Marathon is clearly a gem. They truly embrace and bring to life their adorable pig theme in every way possible! From starting corral 'pig pens' to the finish line 'finish swine' the piggy-theme gets all the runners in a curly-tailed frenzy!

Course and spectator support along the Flying Pig Marathon course is simply outstanding. The race organizers have thought of everything - from messaging road closures with Waze, to setting-up spectator support via their race app, and consistent communication via e-mail and social media in the lead-up to race day. Tech-obsessed (aka dependent) runners can appreciate the attention to detail in making every part of race day seamless and smartphone-friendly.
Shout-out for having porta-potties IN the corrals to make last-minute bathroom stops possible AND to limit lines. And, Marathon-finishers not only get a race t-shirt, but a backpack and finisher jacket as well. With all that hype and SWAG and tech, we can see why so many little piggies head to Cincinnati!
