Have done the half here several times, and loved it. Tackled the full here in 2014 and again can't really complain. The scenery of Lake Michigan is in view for quite a bit of the marathon. The trip through the down town area is lined with spectators. Looping back gives you an opportunity to see many of the other people you may know running the race. Although the second half is less populated with people, homeowners are out on course, volunteers great with you great smiles and encouragement. Really a well done race. I will be back!
