This was my first half! and 2nd race of my adult life (ran a few kids 5k's back in the day) I will always hold a soft spot in my heart for this race and the course. Speaking of the course, it is amazing, amazing iconic city course that is. You get to run through a closed down times square! and west side highway. With large and enthusiastic crowds literally the whole way! The medal I got was good but since I've run the medals have gotten great! This is a must run race for any fan of NYC!
