This was my and my husband's first time running the Tulsa run and we loved it! I thought the long-sleeved tech shirts were fantastic and that the entry fee was well worth it! The hills were manageable and most occurred at the beginning of the race and what I would expect for this distance of a race. My only suggestion would be to have a staggered start (different time for each heat) based on your pace. We were around the 9-10 minute pacer and had to dodge a number of runners. I also loved the medals! They are glow-in-the-dark with colored glass. The post-race DJ was fantastic!
