This is the best trail run I've participated in. The run starts at 9pm...yes at night!

T-shirts/SWAG:
A mug, tshirt, Trail Nerds sticker AND a finisher medal!

Aid Stations:
These are limited as this route is on an actual single lane trail (in the woods, dodging trees and rocks). Each runner is required to carry a hydration system during the run. Set up at different points were water coolers to refill. The main water point was at the 10k mark. There they served pickles, watermelon and other goodies.

Course Scenery:
Well its at night, in the woods and by a lake.

No Expo

The race management and location is awesome. For a very small fee, runners could camp out on the location and party all night! This is also a Fido friendly race. Options of distance includes the half, 10k and 5k. If you are a trail runner...this is a must! Dress very light as it is very hot and humid in these woods. Practice running with your light because this too is required!
