Usually Millennium puts on a great race. This year they struggled a bit with the 10 miler.

For slower runners, water stations with no cups, no food left at the end, and the finishers glasses weren't available (they did get them for us later). Their reasoning was "too many race-day sign ups" which is something they have control over. They did work to discuss how to make things better going forward, and I'm convinced they will do so.

That being said, Auburn is beautiful and this is a lovely course. It's also a difficult course. Lots of hills and very little flat.

Park early if you don't want to have to take the shuttle!
