Samantha Roderigues's thoughts:

Expo - I didn't go if there was one.

Packet Pickup - I picked up a few days before at Rhode Runner in Providence. It was easy enough, but I might recommend having someone else in the car that can circle the block if necessary since their lot is pretty small.

T-Shirts/SWAG - A technical shirt, medal, and some free race pics!

Aid Stations - Well spaced and managed so I could always grab a cup on the go. (I only drink water so I don't know about nutrition.)

Course - EXTREMELY flat except a decently long, somewhat steep incline at about mile 2 and the ridiculously huge/steep hill at mile 11, that you run down only to go right back up. It starts through town, but then you end up on the bike path right along the water for a majority of the race. It was really pretty, but the bike path doesn't give much shade.

Parking - Nice and easy, they have a lot set aside for the race and there are plenty of side streets to park down if you don't end up with room.

Overall I would recommend highly recommend this race for someone looking for a flat course (and just prepare for the two hills) with some pretty views, who doesn't mind the heat!
