This was the inaugural Mother's Day 5K presented by Hunstad/Kortesis Plastic Surgery & MedSpa.

The weather wasn't too bad, it was overcast and kind of cool, with a breeze. The humidity wasn't very fun at all. The route was very nice with a very pretty view as you ran through local neighborhoods. There weren't too many hills but the ones that stood out were pretty steep. The route was marked pretty well by traffic cones, cops, and volunteers.

Swag was nice - a medal and a t-shirt, plus free flowers for Moms, along with mimosas and free tech t-shirts. There wasn't much of a selection for women's shirts, but they had larger sizes in mens. I'll definitely run this race again next year.
