A great small town race with an epic finish!

The expo was very small, one vendor but easy bib pick up. Half marathoners received a cotton t-shirt.

Definitely recommend this race in West Virginia!

The course started at the Marshall university football stadium, so there was plenty of parking. We were able to use the stadium bathrooms so that was great! it was a pleasant morning so sitting on the bleachers and watching the sunrise was pretty cool.

The course went through the college area, by a river and some bike path. It was pretty and quite flat. The best part was the finish, where they toss a football as we entire the stadium and we get to carry to the finish line!

A nice medal and lots of food after to celebrate. There were burgers and hot dogs!
