2018 was my second year running this event. Get a sead card. If not you will be running in the back of the race (behind thousands of runners). You will hit some hills early in the race so be ready. Also spectators will try to get you to drink with them. (If you are into this great, if not watch out). Get there early and pay for parking. It is well worth it (no long walk back to your car or ticket). No shirt or swag is included in race fee. You can purchase a shirt.
Great run and athletes are friendly. If you are lucky (and I was) you may end up running by the cameras and end up on TV.
