This was a beautiful course and I was able to overcome some cramping in order to release my goal for this race and be able to finish (still successfully, even if not my goal). The course is beautiful and it is a fast course, that I definitely am interested in revisiting.
The volunteers at the water stations were great and helpful. When I stopped 16 miles in to stretch my glute (where I was cramping!) they were concerned and making sure that I was not having major issues that needed medical attention.
