This was my first 15k race and I loved it! I sometimes hit a mental wall around mile 9 during a half so this eliminated that stressor. There were some fantastic and challenging hills throughout so this was definitely a good endurance challenge! I think a water stop was skipped as we didn’t get any until mile 4, but all the volunteers at aid stations were happy and friendly, plus they had some fun sweet treats if you felt so inclined. I loved getting a chocolate treat stash after the race (highly recommend dipping your banana in the fondue)!
