Being a long-time runner, I could not miss an opportunity to take part in the run while on vacation in the US. For anyone as interested in marathons as I am it is a perfect opportunity to treat yourself to a nice event.

Keeping in mind the season, you should, of course, make a bit of preparation beforehand. Warm athletic clothes are a massive boon if not a necessity. They offer goodies here and there but bring your stuff as well just in case.

I was glad to have met some wonderful folks and hope to see them again sometime later. Perhaps on my next vacation, lol. But anyhow the run was excellent and I highly recommend it!
