I have done the half marathon distance at this race the last 2 years. The views of the SF Bay and planes taking off from SFO are nice. The course is fairly flat (though a little boring around miles 4-7). The hunky dudes at the end are a bonus for this race. The post race party is decent and the post race food is more than adequate (pretzels, bananas, cookies, trail mix, water).
